What is an apartment with no queue points?
An apartment with no queue points is a home you can apply for no matter how many queue points you have. The first person to apply is offered the apartment, provided our letting requirements are met.
You keep your queue points even if you move into an apartment with no queue points. You choose yourself when you want to move in, within three months.
How it works
- Find an apartment. Our apartments with no queue points are listed among the other available apartments. You recognise them by the label No queue points.
- Apply for the apartment. Log in to your account and apply for the apartment you are interested in. If you do not have an account, you need to register first.
- Get an offer. We contact the person who applied first and meets our letting requirements.
