Within a couple of days. When the apartment is no longer shown on our website, it means we are working through the applications we have received. The apartment is offered to the three (3) people with the most queue points. Viewings take place in that order, and after seeing the apartment you can choose to accept or decline the offer. If you decline, the turn passes to the next person.
From 14:00 on the day your agreement starts.
It depends on the type of apartment you want and what is available right now. You may need to be in our housing queue for more than five (5) years to get the apartment you want. Whoever applies first for one of these apartments has a good chance of getting it.
