Alideberg lies north of Borås centre, close to the Knalleland shopping centre and Borås djurpark. Here we have modern student housing in an old textile factory, close to the university, city life and Alidebergsbadet.

Brämhult lies on the eastern edge of Borås, close to nature and recreation areas. The area consists largely of detached houses and terraced houses, plus a number of apartment blocks. There is a popular ICA shop, a lively club scene, several preschools and a school. In Brämhult we have 1 - 5 room apartments and terraced houses.

Byttorp lies close to central Borås, a walk of about 20 minutes. The area is divided by a difference in height, where the lower part consists mainly of detached houses from the first half of the 20th century and the upper part of blocks of flats from the 1950s. There are grocery shops, bakeries, the beautiful Ramnaparken and a bathing spot at lake Kolbränningen. In Byttorp we have apartments of 1 to 4 rooms, most of them two-room apartments for 65+.

Göta lies south-west of central Borås, within walking distance of the city. The area consists mainly of blocks of flats from the 1930s and 1940s, with large green spaces between the buildings. Hestra lies on the western edge of Borås, with good transport links into the centre. The area has a mix of buildings: detached houses, terraced houses and blocks of flats. Hulta lies south-west of Borås centre, about a 10 minute bus ride from the city. Hässleholmen lies on the eastern edge of Borås, just inside Brämhult. The area was built during the housing programmes of the 1960s and 70s and consists mainly of low three-storey buildings and tower blocks. Here you live close to the Kypegården outdoor recreation area, with walking trails, a bathing spot and a sauna. At Hässle torg you will find a grocery shop, a hairdresser and a pizzeria. Here we have 1 - 7 room apartments, as well as student housing and apartments for you who are 65+.

The Kasernen property lies in Regementsstaden, one of the newest residential areas in Borås. The area is planned as a mix of rental apartments, owner-occupied apartments, terraced houses and detached houses. Regementsstaden is being built with a small-town feel and clearly defined streets, squares and courtyards. Here you live close to both the town centre and nature. In Kasernen we have both ordinary rental apartments and senior apartments for you who are 65+.

Norrby lies centrally in Borås, a couple of minutes' walk from the city. Building began around the turn of the last century, but the area took its present shape during the housing programmes of the 1960s and 1970s and today consists of low and tall blocks of flats. Norrby is a multicultural district that has everything you need in the way of shops and meeting places within a relatively small area. Here we have apartments of 1 to 6 rooms, as well as student housing.

Norrmalm is one of the central areas of Borås, set between the city centre, the Knalleland shopping centre and the Kypegården outdoor recreation area. Simonsland sits centrally between the city and the Knalleland shopping centre. The area is full of student life and is home to both the University of Borås and the Swedish School of Textiles, along with the Textile Museum and Borås Science Park. Sjöbo lies on the edge of Borås, close to Öresjö and the Knalleland shopping centre. It is the largest area in Borås by surface area and is divided into three main parts: a small-house area from the 1940s and 1950s, a detached-house area from the 1970s, and a larger area of apartment buildings with both rented and tenant-owned homes. In Sjöbo you live close to Almenäs, the largest bathing place in Borås, the Rya åsar outdoor area and the Knalleland shopping centre. Here we have apartments with 1– 5 rooms.

Trandared lies south-east of central Borås. The area was built in the 1950s and consists mainly of blocks of flats, though there are now also a good number of terraced and detached houses. Tullen lies high up in the western parts of Borås. The area has a mix of buildings: blocks of flats from the 1950s and older-style houses.
