Signing and ending your tenancy agreement

Here's how to apply for student housing, sign your tenancy agreement and end your tenancy with us.

Apply for student housing

Found a student apartment you like? Log in to your account and apply for the apartment.

If you're considered for the apartment, we'll contact you with information about the next steps.

To rent student housing, you need to provide proof that you're studying. Upload your admission letter or proof of enrolment to your account.

If you're a student from outside the EU, you'll also need to provide your visa and residence permit.

If you're offered a student apartment, we'll send you a tenancy agreement to sign digitally.

We'll also carry out a credit check before approving you as a tenant.

Once your agreement is finalised, we'll send you information about your new home and what you need to know before moving in.

The notice period is three calendar months, except for tenants living at Distansgatan, where the notice period is one month.

You can terminate your contract via Boendeappen, our resident app.

Once you've given notice, you'll need to arrange a final inspection of your apartment. Email besiktning@bostaderiboras.se to book a time.
