Reduced rent
Right now we are offering a temporarily reduced rent on selected apartments. A perfect chance for you to live comfortably and save money every month.
What does the reduced rent mean?
For a limited period, you get reduced rent on a number of our apartments. The reduction applies to both new and existing tenants in the homes concerned. It means you pay a lower rent every month, without having to do anything extra.
Where does the reduction apply?
The reduced rent applies to selected apartments at:
- Tunnlandsgatan 13
- Tunnlandsgatan 15
The apartments have 2 rooms and a kitchen or 2.5 rooms and a kitchen, and they are smartly planned homes with room for both everyday life and free time.
How long does the reduction apply?
For the apartments at Tunnlandsgatan 13 and 15, the reduction applies from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2026. After that you pay the ordinary rent.
Why are we offering a reduction?
We want to tempt more people to discover the fine apartments we have standing empty right now. The reduced rent is a way for us to fill the apartments faster and at the same time give you as a tenant an extra benefit.
With more tenants in our buildings, we create more of a community and safe areas to enjoy.
Who gets the reduction?
You get the reduced rent if you:
- Move into one of the apartments concerned during the campaign period
- Already live in one of the apartments the reduction applies to
You do not need to apply. The reduction is taken off your rent invoice automatically during the period it applies.
