What do you think of your home and the area where you live? When you get our tenant survey, you have the chance to tell us what works well and what we can do better. When you answer, you are also entered in the draw for a month free of rent.
Have you already answered the survey this year? Then you are of course in the draw as well. The winner is announced at the end of the year.
How the tenant survey works
Every day, all year round, we send our tenant survey to randomly selected tenants. That way we hear continuously what you and other tenants think about our service, the home, the outdoor environment and the shared spaces where you live.
We go through the answers as they come in and use them to develop our homes and areas. Your answers help us understand what works well, what matters to you and what we can do to make your home even safer and more pleasant.
The survey is carried out together with Origo Group and is sent primarily by e-mail. If you have not registered an e-mail address with us, you will get the survey by post.
Your ideas become reality
What you tell us can lead to real improvements. Thanks to wishes and views from our tenants, we have been able to develop several of our areas and create more enjoyment, community and safety.
Mina wanted shared raised beds for growing things in her area. Today several tenants grow together, and in the autumn they hold a harvest party.
So keep an eye out for the tenant survey. When it arrives, it is your chance to tell us what you think, influence your home and at the same time be entered in the draw for a month free of rent.
