Focus: Communication

2 min read

We care about keeping a dialogue going with our tenants, and the survey shows that many of them want information from us through social media and e-mail.

It matters to us that we keep a dialogue going with our tenants. When something goes wrong in the apartment it should be easy to reach us, and everyone should be told in good time about things like an upcoming renovation. When something is happening in the area, the information should be clear and arrive early enough for as many people as possible to join in. The survey shows that many people feel they do not get enough information about what is going on in the area.

What have we done so far?

  • Started sending information by text message and e-mail.
  • Set up more regular updates through newsletters and social media.
  • Changed the system we use for e-mail, so we can get information out quickly.
  • We share information in area groups on Facebook.
  • Reviewing where to put notice boards with maps of the area.

What do you think?

Tell us what you think. Perhaps you have a dream or an idea you want to make happen? Or a suggestion for how we can get even better? Maybe you are a driving force of the future? Tell us. We read every suggestion that comes in and reply to those who want an answer. Share your thoughts here.

If what you have to say is a fault report for your home, use Boendeappen.
