Bostäder i Borås is selling the property Klibbskivlingen 3 to Borås Stad through Lokalförsörjningsförvaltningen (LFF), the municipal premises department. The activities in the property continue as before and are not affected by the transfer.
Klibbskivlingen 3 is at Klintesväng 10 in Sjöbo and covers 1,249 square metres. The property has 17 apartments as well as staff and communal areas. It houses a service housing facility under the LSS act, rented by Social- och omsorgsförvaltningen, the social and care department.
Borås Stad already owns several properties in the area. Bringing the properties under the same owner creates better conditions for coordinated and efficient management.
- This is a natural and sound long-term solution. It lets the activities continue as before, while the property becomes part of a larger property portfolio in the area, says Irmin Oglecevac, head of the premises business area at Bostäder i Borås.
Borås Stad takes over the property on 1 September 2026. Social- och omsorgsförvaltningen continues to rent the premises after the change of ownership. The purchase price is SEK 16,650,000.
