Susanna Thom - new head of property management at Bostäder i Borås

In recent years Bostäder i Borås has worked to turn the company into a forward-looking housing company with the customer at the centre. Large parts of the organisation have been renewed, and now Susanna Thom has been recruited as head of property management. Her task will be to develop the work close to customers and the service experience for the housing company's tenants.

Susanna Thom joins from a role as regional manager at the housing company Willhem AB. There she had overall responsibility for customer relations, investments and property management in her region. Earlier in her career she also worked as hotel manager at Grand Hotel in Borås, where the customer's experience was always of the greatest importance.
