iLOQ

Several of our buildings have a digital locking system called iLOQ. With your iLOQ key you can unlock your apartment door, get into the building and book a laundry time.

Here you can find out how to update your key, lock and unlock the door, and what to do if the key stops working.

Service mode

When we or a contractor need to carry out work in your apartment and you are not at home, you need to set your security door to service mode. That lets us get in and do the work.

If you do not set the door to service mode, you risk having to pay for a visit that could not be carried out.

Changing a fluorescent tube

You are responsible for changing light bulbs, fluorescent tubes and other light sources in your apartment. This also applies to the bulbs in the oven and the fridge.

Change a fuse

Has the power gone in your apartment? Start by checking:

• If the whole apartment has no power: Check the residual current device.
• If one or more rooms have no power: Check the fuses in the fuse box.

Defrost the freezer

Defrost the freezer about twice a year. Switch the freezer off and leave the door open. Collect the meltwater with a towel or in a container so that it does not run out onto the floor.

Never chip the ice away with sharp objects, as that can damage the freezer.

Check the indoor temperature

When it gets colder outside, the temperature in your apartment can feel lower. We make sure you have a comfortable temperature at home, but there are also things you can do yourself to help the heat spread better.

Clear the sink

Is your kitchen sink blocked? Sometimes a sink plunger is enough. You may not, however, take the drain apart yourself.

Clear the floor drain

Clear the floor drain in the bathroom at least once a month to avoid blockages and bad smells.

Water in the fridge

Have you found water in the bottom of the fridge? It may be because the drainage hole is blocked. You are responsible for keeping it clear.
