What happens if I sublet my apartment without permission?
You lose your apartment. Read more about subletting.
Do I have three months' notice if I already live with you and am moving to another apartment?
No, not if you are moving to another apartment with us. We then handle the notice on your current apartment for you.
Would you rather swap apartments directly with another tenant? In that case you agree between yourselves how and when to move.

Can I rent out a room through Airbnb?
No. That counts as subletting the apartment without permission. Unauthorised subletting means you lose the apartment.
