The new rent levels for 2025 are now available on the February rent invoice.
The new rent levels for 2025 are now available on the February rent invoice, which you will find on Mina sidor. The rent increase applies from 1 February 2025, and rents rise by an average of 5.1 per cent. The exact increase depends on which home you rent.
Why the rent is being adjusted
Rent is our only source of income for managing and maintaining our properties. For 2025 we expect our property management costs to rise by about 12 per cent. Even so, as a public housing company we choose to carry a larger share of the cost increase ourselves, because we know that the financial situation is challenging for many.
The rent adjustment is based on a national model that takes account of the needs of both tenants and landlords. We always aim to create the best possible conditions for you as a tenant.

For premises with index-linked agreements, the rent has been adjusted by 1.57% in line with this year's consumer price index (CPI). For premises without an index clause, the rent has risen by 5.10%, which is the level negotiated with Hyresgästföreningen, the Swedish Union of Tenants.
