We are starting the switch to Telia
On 9 November we start the work of switching over to Telia as our fibre provider.
Negotiations about your rent for 2027 are starting
We are now starting negotiations with Hyresgästföreningen about the rents for 2027. Rents are negotiated every year, with the aim that we can look after both our properties and you as tenants in the best possible way.
We are changing our property system in October

We are changing how you pay for water and electricity
This autumn we are changing how you pay for your consumption if you have individual metering of water and/or electricity (IMD - individual metering and billing). The estimated amount you pay in advance today is being removed. Instead, you will pay for what you used the month before.
Warning about scam calls about installing new pipes
We have been told that tenants have had calls from people saying they are going to install new pipes in the apartment. Neither we nor any of our contractors make these calls. Do not give out any information and do not pay anything.
