Get reduced rent - and a lovely apartment with a balcony

- For example, an apartment with two and a half rooms and a kitchen that normally costs 9009 kronor a month costs 7500 kronor instead, says Madeleine Carlsson, customer service manager.

The rent for the two-room apartments is being lowered too, to 7 000 kronor a month. The reduced rent applies both to you who already live in a two-room apartment at Tunnlandsgatan 13 or 15 and to you who move in. The offer runs from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2026.

- We want more people to discover how nice it is to live here. More neighbours mean more life and activity, and a stronger sense of community, says Madeleine Carlsson.

You do not need any queue points to get one of the reduced-rent apartments. It is first come, first served, and many of the apartments are ready to move into straight away.

As a current or future tenant at this address, you do not need to do anything to get the reduced rent. It is deducted automatically during the campaign period. When the campaign ends in January 2027, you go back to paying the ordinary rent.
