We are not putting forward a claim in this year's rent negotiation

We follow the three-party agreement between Hyresgästföreningen, Fastighetsägarna and Sveriges Allmännytta, and so we are not putting forward a claim for a particular percentage to start from. Together with Hyresgästföreningen we go through the increased costs and agree on a reasonable rent adjustment: what should fall on us as a property company, and what should end up on your rent.

With the three-party model, we want to create an open dialogue that does not cause unnecessary uncertainty. The hope is that it leads to a rent increase that is acceptable both for our tenants and for us as a landlord.

When the negotiation is finished, you will get information about your new rent.
