Higher rent for ancillary spaces

From 1 April, your rent for ancillary spaces will increase.
At the annual negotiation with Hyresgästföreningen we agreed to adjust the rent for ancillary spaces, such as storage units, by 5.25 per cent. We and Hyresgästföreningen agree that the matter is handled as part of the annual rent negotiations. If you rent an ancillary space from us, you will find your latest rent invoice on Mina sidor.

What do I do if I cannot pay the rent?
The rent must be paid by the due date. If you do not pay your rent on time, you risk losing your home. If you have trouble paying the rent, contact us on 033-44 20 00.
