Rent negotiation under way

Together with Hyresgästföreningen, we have now opened this year's rent negotiation for 2025.
At the meeting we presented the scope for adjusting tenants' rents and how our costs have developed.
We hope to conclude the negotiation during October, so that we can tell you about the new rents in good time before the rent increase takes effect on 1 February 2025.
The next meeting is planned for 21 October, and we will be back with more information once we have further news to share.
