The rent levels for 2026 are settled

We have now agreed the 2026 rents with Hyresgästföreningen. From 1 February 2026 rents rise by an average of 3.45 per cent. You can see your new rent on Mina sidor or in our Boendeappen in the middle of January.

Rent is our only source of income

When it costs more to manage and look after our properties, rents need to be adjusted to cover those costs. Over the past four years we have seen steep price rises, on average more than 10 per cent a year.

At the same time, we know that your other living costs have gone up too. That is why we are again taking the larger share of the cost increase this year.

Because rents are our only income, we cannot spend more money than comes in. That means we need to prioritise among the measures we can carry out during 2026. Our aim is always to create the best possible conditions for your home.
