Does your apartment feel cold?

Now that autumn is here and the temperature is dropping, many people notice that it can get cooler indoors too.

The temperature in your apartment must not fall below 20 degrees. Watch the video below for a few simple tips on how to spread the heat around your home.

How your radiator works

Your radiator has a built-in thermostat that senses the temperature of the room. When the desired temperature is reached, the heat from the radiator is turned down to avoid overheating. That is why the radiator can feel cold to the touch even when it is working as it should. It does not mean the radiator is broken, but that it is adjusting itself to keep an even and comfortable temperature in the room.
