Are you looking for a modern, spacious home for the whole family? Right now we have two vacant four-room apartments in the same building in Trandared - and both come with no queue points. That means you can apply for them without any queue points.
The building was renovated in 2025 and offers bright, fresh homes with smart solutions. The apartments have an open-plan layout, plenty of storage and a balcony with a view over Trandared. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and the bathroom has both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Each apartment also has an extra toilet.
The building has a bicycle and pram room on the entrance floor, and each apartment has its own storage unit in the basement.
Trandared is a quiet and well-liked area, close to woodland, services, school, a food shop and a health centre. You can get to the centre easily by bus or bicycle in about 10 minutes.
It is also possible to move in earlier, from 1 August 2026.
