We are starting the switch to Telia
On 9 November we start the work of switching over to Telia as our fibre provider.
The switch happens building by building during the autumn. If you live with us, you get information in good time before it is your building's turn. It will tell you the date of the switch and how you are affected.
During the switch, contractors work in the building's shared spaces. No work takes place inside the apartments. On the day of the work there will be a short break in fibre services such as internet and TV. Once the work is done, the fibre network can be used as usual again.
Your broadband comes with you
If you already have a broadband agreement you are happy with, you do not need to do anything. Your current agreement carries over to the new network. Once your building has switched to Telia's fibre network, you can look at other offers or change broadband service through Zmarket.se.
New TV service from Telia
With the switch you get access to Tv Start from Telia, which is included in the rent. The TV service included in the rent today stops working after the switch. To use Tv Start, the service needs to be activated with Telia.
