We are changing how you pay for water and electricity

This autumn we are changing how you pay for your consumption if you have individual metering of water and/or electricity (IMD - individual metering and billing). The estimated amount you pay in advance today is being removed. Instead, you will pay for what you used the month before.
Today you pay an estimated cost for water and/or electricity in advance. When your actual consumption is known, the cost is adjusted afterwards.
From now on it will be simpler. You pay for your actual consumption from the previous month.
This is how the change works:
- The last estimated amount appears on the rent invoice for September.
- On the rent invoices for October and November you only pay any adjustments. That is why the cost is lower in those months.
- From the rent invoice for December you pay for your consumption from the previous month.
This information has also been sent by e-mail to everyone affected.
You do not need to do anything because of the change.
