Byggkollo 2025: build and program robots
You can now sign up for the most fun day camp of the summer.
Byggkollo is back this summer. It is a creative day camp for children who like to build, test and discover. For a whole week the participants get to build and program their own robots using LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime, while exploring technology in a playful way. They also meet new friends.
Byggkollo is run by Bostäder i Borås, RO-Gruppen and Navet science center. Together we want to spark children's curiosity about technology and innovation, and show how much fun it is to learn by doing.
- We want to give children the chance to discover the joy of technology by creating things themselves. It is about daring to try things out and having fun along the way, says Tobias Minin, project manager at Navet science center.

Byggkollo runs twice during the summer, for children born between 2013 and 2015. During the week, technology exercises and creative projects alternate with fun outings. The camp ends with a robot exhibition where the children show their own creations to family and friends.
- As a housing company we want to be part of building society and help more young people discover the joy of creating and developing things. That is an important part of building a sustainable society, says Sophia Jonsson, head of marketing and communications at Bostäder i Borås.
Byggkollo is a perfect summer activity for children who are curious about technology, robotics and programming. Places are limited, so secure yours in good time.
