How we negotiate your rent

Just as last year, we will follow the three-party agreement between Hyresgästföreningen, Fastighetsägarna and Sveriges Allmännytta.

The three-party agreement means that we always take the same economic factors into account in rent negotiations. These include rising costs for water, heating, waste and interest rates.

Together with Hyresgästföreningen we go through the increased costs and agree on a reasonable rent adjustment: what we as a property company should carry, and what should fall on your rent, as the agreement recommends.

By telling you directly what the increase actually is, we hope to avoid worry. With the three-party model we want to create an open dialogue that does not create unnecessary uncertainty.

When the negotiation is complete, you will receive information about your new rent.
