We have now been ordered to pay a procurement fine

As we have told you before, the Swedish Competition Authority has claimed that we should pay a procurement fine of 90,000 kronor.
The claim was made because the authority does not consider that we followed the Public Procurement Act when we engaged an IT consultancy service. The Administrative Court has now delivered its judgment, which follows the Swedish Competition Authority's proposal.
We have already changed our procedures to avoid anything similar happening again in the future.
