Warning about scam calls about installing new pipes
We have been told that tenants have had calls from people saying they are going to install new pipes in the apartment. Neither we nor any of our contractors make these calls. Do not give out any information and do not pay anything.
There are currently scam calls going round where people claim they are coming to apartments to install new pipes.
If you have not reported a matter to us yourself, do not book any visit with the person calling. Neither we nor any of our contractors contact tenants in this way.
If we are going to carry out this type of work in your apartment, we always tell you in advance, by e-mail or with a note in your letterbox.
Do not give out any personal data or other information to the person calling, and do not pay anything.
