Follow our renovation at Söderkullagatan
We are turning a 1960s building in Trandared into modern, sustainable apartments.
A major renovation is under way at Söderkullagatan 60-62 in Trandared. A 1960s building is being transformed, inside and out, into modern, light homes.
"We are redoing everything, both outside and inside. The facade is getting a lift and we are building new, large south-facing balconies," says Simon Hultmark, project manager.

When the work is finished, the building will hold 16 newly renovated apartments. There is something here for every need, from one-room apartments of 42 square metres to four-room apartments of 100 square metres. Every kitchen will have a dishwasher, and the bathrooms will be fully tiled with underfloor heating.
Focus on reuse
The project also has a clear sustainability approach. Instead of replacing everything, we keep what already works well.
"We are keeping and freshening up details such as the built-in wardrobes and the parquet floors. That is both sustainable and gives the apartments a lovely feel," says Simon Hultmark.

Look out for the apartments
Work is in full swing at Söderkullagatan 60-62, and the move-in is planned for after the summer of 2026. Keep an eye on our website and our social media for more information and for when the apartments can be applied for.
