No queue point apartments - how it works
We are launching No queue point apartments, which you can rent without losing your queue points. It is first come, first served, and you decide yourself when you move in, within three months.
Rent an apartment without losing your queue points. In three of our properties you will find vacant apartments you can rent outside our queue system. You do not need a lot of queue points to have a chance of a new home. These apartments go on a first come, first served basis, and you can also choose when you want access to the apartment, at any point over the next three months.
Best of all, you keep your queue points when you sign a lease on one of these apartments.
The apartments let this way are all built to new-build standard, which means you get conveniences such as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. They are accessible and the building has a lift. The walls are painted white and every room has oak parquet flooring.
Which properties does the offer cover?
Regementsstaden - Kasernvägen and Mannerfelts väg. Here you can live in a brand new part of town with a cosy neighbourhood feel and everything close by.
Hässleholmen - Tunnlandsgatan 13-15. Here you live mainly in long three-storey buildings or in tower blocks. The apartments come in a range of sizes.
Hulta - Tralling 3 A and 3 B. Here you can live high up or low down, quite literally. The property was built in 2019.
How it works
No queue
Our no queue point apartments are apartments that for one reason or another have not been let. It may be that the people who applied changed their minds, or that they did not meet our basic requirements. So everyone has a chance to rent a no queue point apartment, whether or not you collect queue points with us, and whether you have few or many. It is first come, first served.
Flexible move-in
The apartments are ready to move into at any time within three months. Choose the date that suits you best: the turn of the month or mid-month within that three-month period.
You keep your queue points
If you sign a lease on a no queue point apartment, you keep your queue points. You stay in our queue and the points you have saved are not affected.
How do I find the no queue point apartments?
Unfortunately we cannot filter out no queue point apartments among our Vacant apartments, but on the apartments concerned we have marked clearly in the description text that they have no queue points.
