Telia takes over the fibre network from 1 January
This autumn we start preparing for the change from Nätkraft Borås to Telia.
From 1 January 2027 Telia takes over responsibility for the fibre network in our buildings. Preparations begin this autumn and the work will be done in stages.
If you already have broadband, the change means no change to your current contract. If you are happy with your broadband, you do not need to do anything. After the change you can also choose or sign up for a new broadband service through Zmarket.se, which is Telia's platform for broadband services.
At the same time Tv Start is introduced, a new TV service from Telia that is included in the rent. The current TV box will not work after the change and needs to be replaced with a new box from Telia. Information about how the new TV service works and how to get started will be given well before the change.
