Signing and terminating contracts

Book a student apartment

Book your student apartment as soon as you find one that interests you. You can only book one (1) apartment at a time. Don’t wait – once a student apartment is booked, it disappears from the website. You must complete the booking within one hour of clicking “Book.” The final step in the booking process is signing your contract.

Sign the contract

You sign your contract digitally using a code we send to you. Before signing, please upload:

• Your admission letter or proof of studies
• Your visa and residence permit (only applies to students from outside the EU)

If you’re unable to upload your documents during booking, you must email them to us within two working days. Send your documents to: info@bostaderiboras.se

Important: If you do not sign the contract within one hour, your booking will be cancelled.

Contract activation

Once you’ve signed your contract, we’ll run a credit check. Then we review and approve your booking and digital signature. If everything looks good, your contract will be activated.

You will receive two emails from us: one confirming that your contract is active, and another with important information about your apartment.

Terminate your contract

The notice period is three (3) calendar months, except for tenants living at Distansgatan, where the notice period is one (1) month. You can terminate your contract via Mina sidor (My Pages).
