Here we have gathered answers to questions we often receive from students. Everything from booking and contracts to termination and accommodation.

Do I need queue points to apply for a student apartment?

No, the first person to book a student apartment and is approved by us gets the apartment.

Is it possible to move in earlier?

It is possible to move in earlier if the student currently living in the apartment wishes to move out earlier. Our customer center will help you agree on a move-in date. More information about early move-in is available when you apply for a student apartment with us.

Who can rent a student apartment?

To rent a student apartment, you need to study at least 15 higher education credits per semester, either at a university in Borås or remotely.

Do you offer 10-month rent?

Only if you live in one of our student rooms or in a student apartment at Distansgatan.

Do I need home insurance?

As a tenant, you should have your own home insurance. It provides financial protection if something happens to you, your belongings, or the apartment.

Are children allowed in student apartments?

Only in our apartments at Distansgatan.

Are pets allowed in student apartments?

Yes, we allow pets.

How many people can live in a student apartment?

A maximum of two people may live in our unfurnished apartments.
A maximum of one person may live in our furnished student rooms.
